You may return some unopened items purchased at Ken Klein Productions within 30 days of the original delivery. If you have a defective product or the wrong product was delivered, we will replace the product at no cost to you.  If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping costs and may be charged a restocking fee of 15%.  No returns will be accepted after 30 days. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 2 weeks of receiving the returned item.
