The journey of all journeys. Travel through the hallowed land where the patriarchs prophets and Christ walked. This DVD will take you to all the sacred places of Israel; from Dan to Beersheba to Elate, Masada, the fabled Holy City of Jerusalem , and much much more. You will be transported, as this unforgettable pilgrimage unfolds, making you feel you are actually there.
The actual film is one hour and thirty minutes, beginning in Beersheba home of Abraham the patriarch. A southerly route takes us thru the burial place of modern day Moses, David Ben Gurion, overlooking the very place where the Hebrews sojourned on their way into Canaan. We continue south to the pillars of Solomon where Solomon had a smelting operation for his ships and where Samson traveled to invade the Philistines.
Then a northerly route along the Jordanian border to the Dead Sea area where we visit Masada, En gedi, and Qumran the location of the dead sea scrolls. Then onto Jericho, Beth Shean, where Saul was hung on the wall. We then arrive at the Sea of Galilee visiting the museum of the ancient fishing boat. A stop at the synagogue at Capernaham, the ruins of Corizim, and the Gamala's fortress of Flavious Josephus. Next is the jungles of Dan and the fortress headquarters of Jeraboam to Caesarea Phillipi, and on to the wine country of the Golan Heights.
We turn southwest to the Megiddo fortress and tunnels, and onto the heights of Mt. Carmel where Elijah preformed his miracles. We arrive on the coast of Israel at Caesaria where Paul was imprisoned, and travel south down the coast to our luxury hotel for an incredible Jewish breakfast. Then it's on to the miracle of
Tel Aviv, and the world famous vegetable market laying just to the north of Joppa where we also visit the site of Jonah's calling.
Turning east toward Jerusalem we stop first at the tank museum, Emmaus, and then we arrive at Bethlehem, birth place of Jesus. We visit the site of Mary, Martha, Lazarus and circle Jerusalem to the west. We enter the fascinating Hasidic Jewish quarters to the west outside the walls Jerusalem. Then we literally drive inside into the old city around the inner walls and emerge at the most amazing view of the dome of the Rock Moslem shrine. There we climb to the temple mount site investigating the Al Aqsa Mosque and the Dome of the Rock.
Following, we visit the old city and all the most important sites from the Lithostrotos, where Jesus was beaten by the Romans, to the via Del Rosa, to the Garden tomb to Calvary and more.
Finishing the tour in the Kidron valley we then climb the Mount of Olives to view Jerusalem from the Chapel of tears, and finish where Jesus lifted off on the day of Ascension.
There is something inexplicable that clicks in your spirit when the Holy land becomes visible to the eye. This film is far beyond being a mere travel log It is a comprehensive prophetic teaching tour and primer for comprehending the Promised land of Israel.
